Kehillah - Meeting the Needs of Our Community

The purpose of the Kehillah Committee is to promote kehillah, or community, within our existing membership, and by doing so strengthen the bonds within our congregants and make Temple Aliyah a more comfortable place to be. For example, the Kehillah Committee organizes Shabbat and holiday greeters, who welcome members and their guests on Shabbat mornings and during holiday services. Members of the committee also work on projects that are designed to enhance the membership experience at Temple Aliyah.
