Temple Tots at Temple Aliyah
When you are looking for exciting, fun, educational and age-appropriate Jewish programming for your family, look to Temple Aliyah and Temple Tots. Our activities are ideal for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, and are welcoming for the whole family. Temple Tots programming is organized and run by a group of parents with young children, with many of our programs led by our very own Rabbi Carl Perkins and Cantor Gastón Bogomolni.
Whether you are looking for religious services, social opportunities with other young Jewish families, educational experiences, or fun music classes for you and your toddler, Temple Aliyah’s Temple Tots has something for everyone! Member and non-member families alike are welcome at all of our programming. If you have any questions or need any information, contact Caroline in the Temple office at 781-444-8522 or by email.
Registration is required for most programs, so be sure to look for our flyers for upcoming events throughout the year!
Friday Night Tot Sha-La-Lom Shabbat
At the end of a busy week, say “Shalom” to Shabbat and reconnect with your family and make new friends. Come sing, groove, shake and relax with our own Cantor Gastón! Our monthly program includes singing, musical props, and a short service to welcome Shabbat for children up to age 5. For older siblings, we offer Ruach Shabbat - a parallel service geared to school-age children.
Many of our Sha-La-Lom Shabbat services are followed by a family-friendly kosher dinner hosted at the Temple. And this year, we return with our popular Shabbat@Home family dinner programs, where families can volunteer to host a catered Shabbat dinner in their homes! All services begin at 5:30 pm.
