When you do call, or stop by, you'll meet: Rufina Kotlyar, our bookkeeper, can help you with any billing questions and can verify for you that a recent donation has been received. Rachel Abramson serves primarily as Rabbi Perkins’s personal secretary. If you need to leave a message for the Rabbi or schedule an appointment with him, contact Rachel. For most anything else, please speak to Jan Zidle, (see picture above) our office administrator and veteran of 17 years. Jan is our bar/bat mitzvah specialist, working with parents to help make this very special time as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Jan schedules all the necessary bar/bat mitzvah appointments with both Cantor Gelman and our Ritual Assistant Alison Adler. Jan also maintains our Temple calendar, organizes our High Holiday administrative preparations, and works with our committee chairs to help facilitate programs and publicity.
