Make a Donation to Temple Aliyah

Please complete this donation form if you would like to make a donation to Temple Aliyah (excluding the Rabbi's Discretionary Fund*). Donations of $10 or more will be acknowledged in the Shofar unless indicated otherwise in the donation form. If you would like to purchase a Yahrzeit Plaque, please complete the order form and contact Dawn Ringel. Donations by members of Temple Aliyah will be added to your Temple bill (with the exception of the Rabbi's Discretionary Fund). We request that donations by non-members be paid promptly by check payable to Temple Aliyah and mailed to 1664 Central Avenue, Needham, MA 02492. Donations by non-members will be billed if payment is not received.

*Rabbi's Discretionary Fund: If you would like to make a donation to the Rabbi's Discretionary Fund, we regret that at this time we can not bill members. Please mail in your payment indicating amount, name of person being remembered or honored, occasion or reason for tribute, how donor(s) name should appear, and whether you want this donation acknowledged in the Shofar.
