Our program grows from a child-centered, teacher-guided curriculum that emphasizes social and emotional growth, as well as early language, math and science skill development through art, literature, free play and exploration.  We seamlessly integrate secular and Judaic early childhood learning in deeply meaningful ways that support a love of Judaism, family and community.  We offer low student-to-teacher ratios in order to maintain our nurturing, personal, intimate and supportive environment, where every student and her family is warmly welcomed to our community.  We welcome families to meet our exceptional staff, observe our toddler and preschool classes, and enjoy a personal tour of our beautiful spaces.  Email us to set up a time to visit at [email protected], or call Debbi Fendell at 781-444-8522.

Gan Aliyah Preschool and Temple Tots:   Temple Aliyah's youngest children are part of "Temple Tots," with fabulous family-friendly programming throughout the year.  Our popular Sunday Brunch Learning Series is a wonderful family activity for parents and children up to age 5.  During the 2017-2018 programming year the following themes were used: October 22nd - Bring in the Light, January 28th - The Joy of Trees, March 18 - Chagigah!, and April 29th - Little Hands, Big Mitzvot. Meet other families with young children, and then participate in the hands-on Jewish learning, crafting and musical fun, side-by-side with your child. Our Friday night Sha-la-lom Shabbat services and dinners are a relaxing and interactive way to welcome Shabbat with your children.  Join us for parent-only social events, our annual PJ Havdalah party, and free events throughout the year, too. Families new to Temple Aliyah are always warmly welcome, so please invite friends and grandparents! Contact our Director of Early Childhood Education, Debbi Fendell, at 781-444-8522 or see our calendar of events at https://www.templealiyah.com/TempleTots  Stay tuned for information about next year's events.

Did you know...?

In celebration of Rabbi Perkins’ more than 25 years at Temple Aliyah, here is this week's question: Do you know how many books are in the Rabbi’s Office library at the synagogue? If you guessed 1,223 you would be correct! What would you add to your own home library to round it out Jewishly? Here are some suggested books you might want to consider.
