Did you know that studies have shown that volunteering has positive implications that go beyond mental health? A growing body of evidence suggests that people who give their time to others might also be rewarded with better physical health—including lower blood pressure and a longer lifespan. ALIYAH ASSIST is TA's online sign-up system that makes volunteering easy! Some are one-time tasks, while others are short-term or recurring. Pick one that fits your interests and contribute to both your and Temple Aliyah’s good health!
