Plan to join your fellow congregants for an event you will be talking about—and feeling the benefits of—long after you leave! Choose from a variety of group activities, yoga, and movement classes at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires.  Join Rabbi Perkins, Alan Teperow, and members of the Temple Aliyah community for a two day retreat that includes great yoga and thought-provoking lectures and events. Come for self-care, and enjoy gentle or advanced yoga classes, introspective workshops, a hike around Kripalu’s magnificent grounds, a visit to the sauna, a soothing massage – or just some solo time.  Space is limited for this popular retreat and slots fill quickly so register now if you hope to attend!  Sponsored by Temple Aliyah's Kehillah Committee.
