Plan to join your fellow congregants for an event you will be talking about—and feeling the benefits of—long after you leave! Choose from a variety of group activities, yoga, and movement classes at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires.  Join Rabbi Perkins, Alan Teperow, and members of the Temple Aliyah community for a two day retreat that includes great yoga and thought-provoking lectures and events. Come for self-care, and enjoy gentle or advanced yoga classes, introspective workshops, a hike around Kripalu’s magnificent grounds, a visit to the sauna, a soothing massage – or just some solo time.  Space is limited for this popular retreat and slots fill quickly so register now if you hope to attend!  Sponsored by Temple Aliyah's Kehillah Committee.

Did you know...?

In celebration of Rabbi Perkins’ more than 25 years at Temple Aliyah, here is this week's question: Did you know that more than 30 adults at Temple Aliyah have participated in one of the five past Adult Bar and Bat Mitzvah classes? If you are interested in becoming an adult Bar or Bat Mitzvah, please contact Rabbi Perkins.
