Ritual Committee

The Ritual Committee serves to direct and maintain the ritual life of Temple Aliyah, including the policies and practices surrounding services, informal observances, and lifecycle events. As part of this mission we encourage the education and participation of our membership in Jewish ritual practices and traditions. Under the guidance of Rabbi Perkins, the Ritual Committee continually reexamines the practices of Temple Aliyah through an evolving interpretation of Jewish tradition within the framework of the policies and guidelines of the Conservative movement.

To learn more about how you can participate, please contact Howard Kaufman, Ritual Committee Chair, or Stephen Baum, Vice President of Jewish Life.
