On July 10th, our community gathered to welcome Rabbi Allison Poirier in the beautiful setting of our new Sukkat Shalom outdoor garden. The event was a delightful opportunity for members to connect with each other and with Rabbi Poirier in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
As attendees arrived, they were greeted by the lively tunes of Rich Kesner’s band, which set the perfect backdrop for conversation and connection. A delicious spread of cheese, crackers, fruit, and desserts was laid out, providing a tasty accompaniment to the festivities.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the opportunity to meet and engage with Rabbi Poirier. Her warmth and openness made everyone feel welcome, and the garden setting provided a natural and comfortable space for introductions and conversations. It was a wonderful chance for our community members to get to know her better and to share their perspectives.
